Xoá trực tiếp trong app Delete directly in the app

Mở app Dear Embeiu → vào tab Hồ sơ → cuộn xuống mục Vùng nguy hiểm → chọn Xoá tài khoản và xác nhận. Tài khoản sẽ bị xoá ngay lập tức. Open Dear Embeiu → go to the Profile tab → scroll down to Danger Zone → tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Cách 2 — Qua email Method 2 — Via email

Gửi yêu cầu qua email Send a deletion request by email

Nếu bạn không thể truy cập app, gửi email đến địa chỉ bên dưới với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản" kèm theo địa chỉ email đã đăng ký. If you can't access the app, send an email to the address below with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address you registered with.

⚠️ Lưu ý quan trọng: ⚠️ Important notice: Việc xoá tài khoản là không thể hoàn tác. Toàn bộ dữ liệu của bạn sẽ bị xoá vĩnh viễn sau 30 ngày kể từ ngày yêu cầu. Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
